WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE
Our Women's self-defense program is the same as the Traditional Taekwondo Program except that the training will be modified for self-awareness along with the physical self-defense aspect. Our awareness training will minimize your potential for physical conflict, which in turn is the best form of self-defense. We also offer separately our Women 40-Minute Iron Will Weightloss Training Program with consists of circuit training and aerobic equipment (exercise bike, treadmill, abominal training, light weightlifting) can also be supplemented with your training.
